Grid Session

One working conversation to see where the business is losing control.

For: Founders, MDs and COOs deciding whether Kianduma is relevant.
Usually triggered by: The business feels harder to run than it should, and you want an outside view before committing.
What we do: Walk the six functions together

Stage 01

Usually triggered by: A completed Diagnostic, or an existing assessment of equivalent depth.
