About this diagnostic
You will score 30 cells: six business functions, each through five operating layers. For each cell, choose the highest level your business fully meets today, not the one you are working towards.

Evidence standard
- Level 2 needs a document.
- Level 3 needs a system record or screen.
- Level 4 needs review minutes or a dashboard history covering at least one full cycle.
